You see and approve a free preview of your website before you pay. Because of this, setup fees are not refundable once your site or assistant is live. If anything is not right, tell us and we will fix it. Monthly fees are not refunded for a month that has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
To request a refund, reply to your order email or write to hello@frontlantern.com. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
